Monotech Systems to launch economical label printing solution at Pamex 2020

Gurugram, Jan 2020: With the evolving retail selling patterns and consumables becoming more affordable, the digital label printing technology is being more relevant. As run lengths continue to shrink, short runs being more in demand and customization or personalization needs becoming imperative to modern day marketing; printers are being driven to think digital. But the label industry is bit conservative to invest in digital printing equipment because of the high cost of consumables and the end price to consumer including margins, which is not being acceptable.

Understanding the need Monotech Systems has developed JETSCI COLORAQUA Hybrid, full color digital label press which is going to be launched at Pamex 2020 Mumbai scheduled January 06 – 09.JETSCI ColorAqua Hybrid is powered by Memjet water based pigment ink technology print at the resolutions of 1600dpi up to 45m/min. It enables label printer to adopt digital workflow in label printing at very entry level cost with heavy loaded features of high definition CMYK full color printing, micro text, variable data and security printing. The system can print on most of the general label stocks (coated or uncoated) without primers and many films substrates by applying primers.
